Renewal of my EE sim only contract notification

I was not a happy person when I read this email message from EE.  It basically increased my monthly payment substantially unless I logged in to my account and chose a different package!

It most definitely was not the best nor the cheapest package for me! They are relying on the fact that peeps will either forget the renewal date or ignore the email, which in turn means more profit for EE. 

I most certainly do NOT feel like a valued costumer and will be researching alternate sim only deals with other companies but also checking that they don't have any connection to EE/BT!

Your monthly bill will not be increased if you do not choose to upgrade. Your current contract will continue as a rolling contract until you are ready to upgrade. 

Are you aware if you had a loyalty discount on your account that may be expiring?

What is the email address that this email came from?
