I recently upgraded from my huawei
to a Samsung a53 on contract, I've tried very hard to get along with it but it's the worst smart phone I've ever used.
From simple things like the keypad and predictive text to Internet connection nothing feels right and I regret choosing it. Pages won't even load properly when it says I have 4g or 5g..
Is there any way I can change the phone without having to pay much extra. Its been a month or so as I've tried my best to adapt to it but just can't. 😞

@Rossco_5 If you’ve gone past the 14 day cooling off period there’s nothing you can do to change the phone through EE, unless you purchase a phone out right yourself.
