Will not update new payment card details

Always goes back to the 'input card details page' after clicking 'confirm details'. Have tried different browsers and devices. Card details work on other websites, only EE is a problem....

@Dougie8   Can you try this via a pc ?  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Already tried with pc, tablet and phone multiple times. Only EE is a problem.
