Today, I ordered an S24 Ultra from EE online with Flex Pay and airtime, which includes a multi-line discount. Later on, I found out that I can’t do annual upgrades if I have any discount on my contract plan. Can I cancel that multi-line discount so that I can do annual or any-time upgrades with EE? Besides that, is there anything else that might hold me from being eligible for an annual upgrade?
Please help me with this one.

@Benjamin58 : As long as you you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
