Refund

I was wrongly sold a separate sim and therefore a separate account over the phone and, after speaking to Angel at one of the offices, she did say that I most definitely had been wrongly sold this when I asked the right questions but the answers were misleading.  Angel cancelled the bill of £19.20 and refunded me - case closed?  No.   I was again billed £19.20 with £1.92 credit so it's gone down to £17.28 ???? but I haven't once used the new number that was allocated?    I  can't get any satisfaction. or sensible reaso as to why I have received this.

How long ago did you speak to our mobile care team and they advised the SIM would be cancelled? 

Is this still showing active in your EE app?
