Hi there so my internet isn’t working ! 
and you too money from me now I am on -25£ on my bank card 

I have 2 small kids 1 year old and new born and you have made my debit card on a - 

how can you take money from me when the service is not working ??!!

Have you actually contacted EE support if you are having issues?

EE will not stop your monthly recurring payments even if you are experiencing issues. You should report any problems to customer service, otherwise how will they know you are having problems?

If it is a network issue and not your fault, you could request a credit on your next bill as a goodwill gesture.
