I have never seen bad service like this EE service. I called today twice and they hung up on me. I called again, and after 30 minutes of talking, they hung up again. Network problems you will really suffer from, and problems from customer service. I do not advise anyone to deal with them.
I have a phone insurance that I canceled two months ago today. I got an invoice including the insurance value must be paid. I called them and told them that I canceled the insurance. They said we know, but there is a problem in the system. You must continue to pay. When we solve the problem, we will tell you. Imagine a large company two months ago that has a problem in the system.

I am sorry to hear what you have experienced today whilst trying to get connected to our customer care team.
Are you aware if the team will be processing a refund for these charges?
Did they mention if this is an account issue?
