Free upgrade

Earlier this week I was on my ee  account and saw I could have a free upgrade.

started looking at phones then thought I’d leave it till weekend as I was working.

Just logged in to choose a phone and plan and now saying I have to pay to upgrade.

has the free upgrade offer finished?

The free upgrade doesn't apply to the handset cost, just your current tariff.

Yes just had the same thing !! Not good 🤨
