Hi there,
I bought a pay monthly card online a week ago. I received the card on Wednesday, but of course the card doesn't work. I don't have any signal.. I call every day, today I was at the ee store in my city and everyone told me to wait. I have never experienced such bad customer service. I will end up having to cancel my contract

So true costumer service in every EE store is absolutely worse . Best option is to call them and hope you get a good agent on the line. It took me about 2 duds to get someone that was actually useful
