I knew nothing about this charge until I received my first bill. Is there no way to opt out of this?

Hi @JohnMutley551 I very much appreciate you getting back to us.

We'd need to get access to your account so that we can check what's going on and why you're not getting your bills itemised, I can imagine it's very frustrating for you.

If you'd prefer not to call, you can arrange an appointment with a guide in one of our stores, who can take some details and run some checks.

To find your nearest store and book an appointment, you can just click this link here: Store finder

Hello Chris,

                          Thanks for your reply.

A lady called Leanne from EE emailed me on Thurs requesting to know if ,     1. Is itemised billing shown on my paper bill,   (answer no!)  and 2. How long have I been with EE,   (answer 24 February 2024.) so I replied accordingly. I am amazed/puzzled at said questions, if EE themselves don't know that information then joe public has no chance !

So, I will just await for a response from EE, its been going on for months now, another few days/weeks will make little difference.

Exactly, we have no chance. And this is not just with EE these situations happen with all networks. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing, I had this experience once too many times. But EE is one of the most expensive networks so we should expect more from them. I will move to a cheaper one and will only expect the bare bones
