I have had the same problem. What appalling service to sneak this charge in there without informing us. Very disappointed.

@Deedbone   A spend cap doesn’t stop a itemised billing charge.   It’s a recurring charge as listed in the link provided below.

I’ve change my spend cap recently for a trip abroad. My point was my price was set with a zero price cap and then without my consent an extra charge for an itemised bill was added to my account. Which just seems wrong.
