Hello, I spoke to someone last week regarding an upgrade to simp only and this was agreed it would now cost me £8 per month but u have taken £27 out of my account today?
Could you please have a look at this for me.

If you check your bill in the My EE app, does it show any part charges from your old plan?
When was your contract end date?
