Same problem with me, customer from 2007. I try upgrade, nothing available, I try add new watch for 11 months, nothing. This is very bad, I never miss my payment, all my family in my account, bill around 338 every month, never miss payment, I am disappointed for service,

I am sorry that this is happening when you are trying purchase a new watch and upgrade a current line.
It could be you have a maximum amount of products on your account.
I would absolutely recommend giving us a call so our customer care team can look into this for you and provide you with your options.
