Hi, this has happened to me today too. I set up a payment plan and they told me that I won’t be cut off and I’ll still be able to use data and calls and texts but I can’t this happened an hour after speaking to them. How did you solve this problem in the end?

It's possible the system automatically added a restriction. It may be worth speaking with our Mobile Care team again so they can check for you.
