Hi my bill is 30£ but I brought some extra Internet cost is 14£ total is 44£ but they charge me 58 £ that's mine 14£ extra

@Nidhal1995  Sounds like you purchased it twice,   As you’ve now paid the bill there’s nothing that can be done.   Had you of noticed this before receiving and paying the bill you might have been able to resolve it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It sounds like you may have purchased a recurring data add-on, rather than a one-off purchase. 

If you call our team directly, they can double check this for you and make sure the add-on is removed if you don't need it moving forward. 

They'll also discuss the bill with you and let you know if anything is to be refunded if this is being removed partway through your billing cycle.
