I have contacted EE three times to request an outstanding refund from April after closing my account, raised a complaint twice and still have not received my money. I get told the same thing over and over again.. the money will be in the bank in 3-5 working days! I’m fed up.. I just want what is owed.

Saturday, but I have been trying for 2 months and I get the same answer every time. …..I have escalated this, it will be in your bank blah blah blah…
