Hi there I'm trying to change my card for direct debit on my phone contract. When I go onto the page for direct debit, it doesn't allow me to press the option to delete the card that it already connected. I haven't changed my card since I got my original contract about 7 years ago so unsure how I am supposed to put in my new card details as the old card is now oobsolete. Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you editing your direct debit details at myaccount.ee.co.uk/app/direct-debit?

Yeah that's what I'm trying to do but it's now not letting me see my details

When I'm on the page it says 'Manage your plan Direct Debits' at the top. There's a button allowing me to change the date in which my payment is taken out (which is in EE blue/green) and then there is a button that says 'Change direct debit' but is in grey instead of the blue/green and won't allow me to press it. That has all my old card details that I'm wanting to change.
