Hi @Kimijulian,

Welcome to the EE Community

To change your Direct Debit bank details please login to the EE website, then from the home page selects Bills and Payments from the banner or select View mobile bill under the summary of your latest bill. Then on this page select Manage Direct Debit to change your bank details.
