@Nelmbs are you eligible to upgrade? You can only lower your tariff if you are. Text UPGRADE to 150 to find out. If you are you can upgrade via your EE account/EE app to a sim only. This sim only will only start once you have completed your full contract term.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
