I would like to know if my debit card has been successfully linked to my mobile card. If it has been successfully linked, I would like to change my plan. If it has not been successfully linked, that would be great

You can check if you're set up with card payments right away by sending us a text with CHECK CARD PAYMENTS to 150.

We also have a help page with all you need to know about our recurring card top-ups too.

Is it your direct debit details you would like to change? 

You can do this through your EE Online account by going to manage, then tap on billing, then change direct debit details. 

Or alternatively you can give our customer service team a call and they can update your details, you can find details on how to contact them here Contact Us | Help & Support | EE
