Is there no way to switch to paperless bill online? My letter from EE says I can.

My question was how do I move to paperless bills; i.e. stop receiving printed bills through the post and see my bills online. Your company's recent letter to me from Mark Carberry informed me I should set this up online via My EE.
Thank you for informing me I can stop itemised billing; I would like to arrange this, but why am I unable to do it online?

You can set up a My EE account and view your bills online, to change your billing preference you would need to call us on 150.
Our Mobile Care team will be more than happy to change this for you.

It's a poorly worded letter.
"However you can switch to receive all future bills online at MyEE."
You can switch to online, but apparently only by calling 150.
Having given up several times calling 150 to switch due to wait times. i also thought it must finally be possible on-line... but no.

Why send a letter that says "you can switch to receive all future bills online at My EE" when in fact that's not something you can do at all? Rubbish.

I got another letter from EE yesterday saying the same thing: hat I can switch to paperless bills on my EE. Wake up EE. (Do they read this?)
