If yes, are you a pay monthly customer?

Not the same as the person who posted but I am a payment monthly client and I want to cancel my direct debit.

@ttpb  cancelling a DD doesn’t stop the contract if your a contract customer you need to give 30 days notice to terminate a contract, and you call customer support to do that

Hi @ttpb 

Are you looking to cancel only your Direct Debit method of payment, or are you looking to cancel your pay monthly contract altogether? 

If you just want to change your method of payment from Direct Debit to manual payments, please have a look at our Ways to Pay | EE | Change your Payment method for the steps on how to do this. 

However, if you're looking to cancel your contract completely you'll need to call Customer Service on 150 from your mobile, where a guide will be able to complete the request for you.
