Re: EE Ripping Customers off level 10000

Ee attempted to charge me over 120 quid for 3rd party charges I'm supposed to have made...

I checked the dates, amounts & I never had a phone as my screen had broken meaning I had NO way to access the phone or the 3rd party.

Discovered since..the 3rd party casino is connected to ee which is dodgy af to begin & I had put a spend cap way, way below what ee attempted to charge me.

Thankfully because I'm a vulnerable person my bank are always looking out for me the charge was reversed.

Hi @Vanguard1,

Please get in touch with Customer Care so a member of the team can look into this for you - they'll be happy to correct any charges that aren't genuine.

If your bank has reversed your direct debit, you'll have an outstanding bill on your account until this is resolved, so it's important to speak with Customer Care to avoid your service being suspended.

Charge to bill services aren't restricted by your spend cap - please see How Do I Set Up and Manage Spend Cap? | Mobile Help | EE for more details.

Thanks

James
