My direct debit has been increased without my knowledge. Can you tell me why ?

Could this be the EE Annual Price Change | Price Increase & CPI?

@davechez : Your DD is not fixed but EE issues you with a bill beforehand each month that will show the total amount & a breakdown of what you've been charged for.
