I can't find any way to close my account from abroad . I have been trying to contact EE on the website but can't . I have now instructed my bank to stop payments .
I would prefer to be able to cancel the account properly .
I no longer live in the UK

Welcome to the community.
It's best to cancel the overall contract if you're no longer using this, as cancelling the Direct Debit alone won't stop the bills from being produced.
Are you able to call us directly, even using Skype perhaps to make it easier (00448000798586)?
