Im on contract at moment bit it ran out a few month ago so ive been asked if i would like an upgrade or sim only? Dont want to lose all my stuff if i change?

@TINK1970  If you upgrade to a sim only you’ll retain your number everything on your device will remain on there.    The only change will be the tariff allowance/cost of that tariff and that depends on what you go with. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It depends what the "stuff" it is that you're asking about. Converting from a phone-plan to a SIM-only plan is just a change or price-plan. Everything associated with your price-plan will change, but your number and additional services won't.
