Why is my bill still 238 when my contract ended on the 13 December and I only upgraded 1 phone

When you upgraded did you place any cancellation requests for the other numbers on your account?
Have you been able to view a bill breakdown within your EE account online?

@Antdavo : These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.
