I paid the bill on the 16th of March and I only pay 10pound a month but this month it is saying I owe 42 pounds this is ridiculous Im not paying that amount .

Welcome to the community.

I know it will be a shock to see a bill amount that is higher than expected.

We don't have access to your account here to see what could have caused the bill to be higher, but if you login to the EE app or through the EE website, you can view the full bill to see what you have been charged for.

If you are unsure of the charges, I'd recommend giving our billing guides a call and they can discuss this further with you.
