Absolutely I paid my bill at 8pm it is now 12:19 and I couldn't get home from work I want to be compensated no other network does this!

It can take up to 24 hours for restrictions to lift. You could try restarting your devices, to see if that helps.
If the restrictions aren't lifted after 24 hours, or you'd like to discuss this further, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team.
