Been cut off and can’t dial 150, where is live chat?

Why can’t I call any of the customer service numbers to ee, but other ee customers I know can call customer service number.

@Lymat : Click on "Contact Us" above & follow thro'. It's now outside business hours. Try again in the A.M.

@Lymat   If you’ve been cut off obviously you can not call customer services as it’s still a phone call that requires a cellular signal.

Thanks for your answer but in my case I can still call other contact and it go through except ee customer service numbers

thanks but all the numbers, such 0800, 07, 150 ..etc doesn’t work when I call. But when I call my contact it works. Can someone ask EE to call me please.

@Lymat  Then you’ve not been cut off,  you can not make a call if you’ve been cut off.

@Lymat   Where are you ?  Are you on the UK or elsewhere in the world ?  Are you on contract or PAYG ?
