Hello, new person on these threads
Recently, my father and I upgraded our phones to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and S24 Plus through EE in store. We signed a contract for an unlimited data plan. Which I still hold at home
Last week, we received messages from EE stating that we had used up 80% of our data, which is only 25GB on our accounts.
We visited an EE store to resolve the issue and were informed that we could not have the unlimited plan on our phones, despite showing the manager our original contract. The manager then offered to upgrade my tariff for an additional £5 per month to obtain unlimited data. However, this upgrade has not been applied, as he had promised it would be done by the end of the week.
this week we went into the store again and was told only the manger could change and look into our details but he was not in and would call us today (Monday 27 may)
This has gone on for almost 3 weeks now
Thank you advance for any replies
