Good afternoon
I had a huge personal bill this month that enabled me to pay my EE bill on time. They offered to extend my payment date for 30 days which I did.
If after the 30 days I still cannot pay for the bill will I get my services suspended and the devices associated with my account locked? I am aware that my details are passed to the collections team and they help to set up a payment plan, but my question is: will my services and devices be suspended? I bought my current phone through EE and I have got other devices that I still need to use it…

We can't guarantee the devices won't be suspended after the promise to pay time has passed. If you would like to discuss your options, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.

You will need to notify our customer care team if you are unable to pay your bill to a later date.
The team can be contacted by calling 150 from your EE handset or by using our online chat service.
