Hello everyone, my name is Chris. I seem be having a problem updating my billing address. As part of the security each time i try to update my address a code is sent by “text” to my phone. But once i exit the screen to get the code, I can’t get back to the screen to put in the code. Please does anyone know how i can go about this? Thanks

Do you have to "exit" the screen of the billing addy? Doesn't your phone have a button to switch between apps w/out exiting them. On an Asteroid it's the square box at bottom centre.

Hi @Vikas4.
You can update your address within your My EE account.
Please follow these steps:
Plans & subscriptions > scroll down to Address > Select change Address.
Alternatively, our customer care team on 150 will be happy to update this for you.

There is no option to change address under Plan & subscriptions, or settings, or my account.
Ridiculous that I'm spending so long trying to simply change my address. The user interface is un-intuitive.

Could you log into the EE app, select Profile, Settings and Permissions and then right at the bottom do you have Change billing address?
