Very unhappy to be notified of the new price increases. I would like EE to justify the increase although I'd only be expecting the same BS as every other supplier I guess. Not fair for customers tied into a contract  we're not a blank chequebook

Ofcom, the industry regulator, has endorsed the concept of mid-contract price-rises.

After the outcry of percentage-based increases during the Covid-period of high inflation, the industry is moving towards flat-rate amounts instead. This is considered "simpler" but does disproportionately affect those on lower-priced plans.
