Hi @JBG99

This Spend Cap help page explains what services are and aren't restricted. If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they may be able to put a restriction on premium rate calls for you.

TikTok calls only use your data, which you've already paid for in your allowances. It must be TikTok charging you.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

It's an actual call to 09010 343 001 £6 for 12 seconds then it says services from other companies £3

So why is this possible if the spending cap is £0?

That's a Premium Rate no. These are chargeable. That particular 1 @ £6 per call.

Spend caps do not restrict the Service Charge by the Service provider of such calls.
