Can you please tell me why I’m still paying a full contract when I can change my contract? If I can change my contact can I just change it to pay monthly SIM card ? As I’m very short of money. As I’m moving soon and I’m disabled,

@Pigsy99911 If you have completed the full contract term and you do nothing it’ll remain a the same price until you do something about it. So yes you can upgrade to a sim only.
its only the new flex tariffs where you get one bill for the airtime contract and one bill for the device that upon completion of the device contract are you just left with the airtime contract.

Not sure what you mean by "still paying a full contract when I can change my contract".
EE's traditional contracts combine both the device loan repayment & airtime plan into one single monthly payment which you agree to pay for at least the duration of your minimum term, but otherwise until you explicitly cancel, make a change or otherwise upgrade.
Once you are outside your minimum term, you are free to either give disconnection notice, upgrade phone, or change to a SIM-only plan if you'd prefer.
FlexPay is the newer plan, where you have a fixed-term device repayment plan, and a rolling minimum-term based airtime plan.
