Hello all. I used a pac code and moved to o2 last week. Today, my usual monthly payment came out, I expected a final bill of double thay. My EE account is dead online and in the ee app.

I cant see any billing info, or when the final bill needs to be paid..

Anyone any ideas?

Why do you expect double your usual payment? Are you taking into account that you are paying a month in advance? Hence your last month is mostly already covered.

Hi. My contract wasn't up, still has a couple of months to go.

They've taken my usual monthly payment today.

Surprised, as it's been an o2 number for around a week.

Hi @dksglen

I'd recommend speaking with our billing team.

They will be able to confirm your account is closed and if there is any outstanding balance.

Hello @Katie_B

Thanks. I have reached our via twitter (no response yet) and here, as I don't want to sit on a call for ages. I'm sure with some id checks they can give me some information? I don't want to cancel the direct debit too early, but also don't want to leave it set up for something I'm finished with.

Hi @dksglen

We have no account access here on the EE Community.

I would recommend waiting for a response from our Twitter team to see if this can be looked into further without needing to call.

Katie

Thanks !
