Changing your name

If you’ve changed your name through marriage, divorce or deed poll, you will need to email us with a copy of one of these documents:

1.  your marriage or civil partnership certificate
2.  your passport and a recent utility bill

@ingridpowell , if you have changed your name by deed poll, you will need to send proof of that to EE, otherwise they will not change it, the instructions should have been with the Deed poll how to do this, or as @XRaySpeX  has suggested, go to an EE store if you prefer.
