Are you already an EE customer?
Are you trying to upgrade to a new phone or are you a new customer?
If already a customer click on the app and click on upgrade or click on shop and then choose the phone you want, you can then either in both cases click on new customer or log-in.
You can also call customer service and do it that way, that is how I do it.
