Phone trade in

I did a trade in on my new contract and I did everything they told me to do even sent it recorded delivery and there saying that I haven’t sent it back yet. I have checked on Royal Mail and it says it was received the day after what do I do

When did you send the phone via recorded delivery? 

 

Did you use the trade in envelope?

I sent it back on Saturday and yes in the envelopes provided
