I have just opened a new pay monthly account with EE. Just got my number transferred this morning. My account shows I have extra charges of £5.40. No way to see what it is. Anyone know what is going on? Richard123

I was in a similar situation the other day only the extra charges I had supposedly racked up came to £240.00!!! It disappeared within 24 hours, though. Give it a day and it should disappear unless you really have done something that is not included in your plan (calls/texts abroad or to premium numbers etc.)

@richard134 JFTR, more extra charges of £4.99 appeared on my account earlier and have disappeared again. Weird...
First bill has been generated and there's nothing unexpected on it. It'll be interesting to see what appears on the next one in just under a month's time.
