I was offered a new phone last july at end of contract, the pixel 5, but I find it very difficult to use with my disabilities so I tried to go back to my old phone, Samsung which was much easier. But it goes so slowly that I can't play a game on it. I don't remember having a problem with it before Last july. So I now don't have a phone I can use and I am at the beginning of a new contract. My need is to change the mobile that I was given for one I can use. But that doesn't seem to be possible. What can I do?

How long ago did you upgrade to the new phone? Are you due for an upgrade again soon?

Do you have an 'upgrade anytime' plan, @Pat79? It should tell you in the upgrade section of your My EE account.
