I'm incredibly distressed for a number of reasons that require urgent care to my EE acount:
- When I got my new contract with EE, the staff member incorrectly charged my account with over £590 for the handset. After much distress, I finally sorted this with EE who agreed it was human error and it had been a mistake. It was agreed I would be reimbursed and the fee would disappear from my account.
- However, I still have not been refunded, and my phone has now been cut off as I haven't paid the outstanding amount (although it already left my account!). Futhermore, I have been charged a large sum for calling an 0345 number (Natwest) when I was desperately trying to get the charge taken off my account. I spoke to a staff member who said this would be reimbursed to me, but it has not.
- My phone has now been cut off and I can see this fee is still on my account. It has caused huge problems and I have wasted days trying to get this sorted. I am resorting to this forum for help. Please respond immediately. I have a busy week at work and rely on my phone for calls, so this will all be disrupted. None of this has been my fault and I've spent many hours trying to resolve it, with no progress.

0345 nos. are included in your calls allowance & would never be charged to your bill while you have mins. remaining.

You sure it wasn't an 0845 no.? They can be costly.
Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
