Phone cut off before contract end date

I have two numbers on my contract. The end date states that my contract end date is the 28th October 2022; however, one of the numbers has been disconnected today.

I pay my bill on the 2nd of the month, so I should still have a month left?

Contracts are not cancelled unless you requested them to be.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away.

Thank you for your response. It did not answer my question and you have assumed that I have not been in touch with EE to cancel the contract….

I spoke to EE on the phone last month as it was 30 days before my contract ended.

That's OK! I don't assume what you don't see fit to tell us.

No. I provided a question; I was looking for a solution. You chose to assume that I am unaware of how a cancellation process works. I didn’t need to provide anything more.

You have now answered my question, which you could have done in the first instance. Thank you, I will contact customer service.
