I can’t pay, my card has being lost and cancelled, so just waiting for replacement

You can pay via your online banking. You don't need your card.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
