Why have I been charged an extreme amount of money for my bill this month.
With my phone bill and my ear bud play my bill should come in at 40 pounds. Why have I been charged 108 pounds this is unexceptable and will cancel my direct debit

@Pfrench22 It’s your credit score that’s going to be affected by doing that.
Have you looked at your bill breakdown so see why you’re being charged that ?

@Pfrench22 , I would suggest ringing customer service, they should be able to take a look at your bill, if you have been unable to do so or understand high bill.
Cancelling your direct debit and not paying your bill will only give you a bad credit and you will eventually have collection agencies after you.
It does not cancel your contract, so you will still be liable for the payments.
