You can download a copy of your bill to see exactly why it has come to that amount.

Here's how you download, print or save your EE bill:

1. Download or open the EE App.
2. Select to Manage Bills & Payments.
3. Select Download your bill.
4. Select which bill you want to download and print, or save it.
