Paid my bill by BACS as I had a problem with my money this month due to a mistake with HMRC. My account is still suspended and I can’t speak to anyone to have it sorted.

Yesterday, I know it takes 3 working days but my wife is 8 months pregnant and I can’t use my phone to speak to her when I’m at work because it’s been suspended
