Good morning this Mrs heather ********* I just had two payments taken out of my bank account this morning one was for EE device which was £32.28 and over payment was for EE limited this for £25-00 I do not have any account with you for broadband or a phone so I would like the money put back in to my account please I hope you can sort this out as soon as possible thank you heather *********

Welcome to the community.
If you speak with our Customer Support team, they'll be able to look for these payments to see if they're related to any EE accounts from our side. If it looks fraudulent, they'll be able to request an investigation into it for you too.

The direct debit guarantee offers a full & immediate refund of any payment taken in error, this is done by contacting your bank - https://www.directdebit.co.uk/direct-debit-guarantee/
There's no account access on this forum, but it sounds like someone may have taken out a FlexPay plan (thus two separate payments) and given your bank details as the payment method.

Given one of them specifically states device payment that looks like a flex pay agreement payment, do you have a mobile with EE at all?
