Payments after cancellation

I've changed from contract to pay as you go for my phone and cancelled the contract for a tablet. It's extremely difficult to get to speak to someone and I've had no acknowledgement of the cancellation of the tablet contract. Accordingly, I've cancelled my direct debit as I don't want the incorrect amount to be taken from my account. How do I find out how to set up a new direct debit for the pay as you go please?

Hi @Pasdutout

You need to give 30 days notice to cancel. I would not recommend cancelling your DD.

What does it say on your EE app or online account.

Thanks
